There should be a way to transfer the penalty to the next Offensive drive, for the D fouls near or in the end zone, during a TD play,. Maybe these calls should mean that the D team would start their Offense from the place of the foul, or at the 1 yard line in the case of end zone fouls not stopping the TD. They wouldn't need to be cancelled then: they would affect the next play, causing the penalized team to start from a tight position.

The last play to Golladay was completed at the 7yd line and the refs spotted it at the 11yd line and I have yet to see what Amendola did to create that 48yd extra point.
