In general, people agree that it was a great throw. For people who say it's not pass interference:
at 0.26, Where's the ball? Did the defender turn to make a play at the ball because I see his back number and him staring at the receivers head? What is the defenders arm doing on the receiver shoulder? His palm was literally on the receivers shoulder.
And they still won. Don't know how. This game was shocking. Thought from Atlantas lead earlier on this game , the motivation from their lost last week, thatd be enough to propel them forward and win this game. Horrible for the falcons but Great for the bears. Wow. Smh.

Bith the defender and the receiver were on the ground when the defender took the ball, at least this should have been deemed an incomplete pass…the officiating in this game was way to inconsistent, it was like I was watching some D3 high school game where the dads were officiating.
That is a TD if they call it a TD and an INT if they call it an INT. Not enough video evidence to overturn it either way. You saw A-Rob with the ball and you never know when the defender gets the ball after they hit the ground. I just don't see have you overturn it either way it would have been initially called.
