  1. That’s Cool and All, but Shrek is the strongest person in the Universe. First, the official Shrek wiki lists Shrek’s weight at around 450 lbs. Now, certainly Shrek is taller than the average human, standing somewhere between 7ft and 8ft tall but is still significantly smaller when compared to the dragon. It’s fairly clear the in-movie dragon could be classified as either a heavier light combat breed, or a lighter middleweight breed, so roughly a 10-11 tonne dragon to consider. In the first Shrek film, we see him not only stopping the creature in its tracks, but also dragging it along, AFTER the creature had been moving at a fairly brisk speed. Assuming the Dragon weighs around 10 tonnes, or 22046.2 pounds, the Dragon appears to be moving at roughly 20ft per second in the clip. Since we know inertia, we can conclude that Shrek had to overcome 440920 lbs of force in order to STOP the creature, and THEN move it backwards. Although he wasn’t lifting the dragon, he was overcoming nearly 200 TONNES of force, thus making Shrek a godlike creature.
