New millennials don't realize how talented players were back then.Jordan the G.O.A.T but there was people like Dominique Wilkens,Magic,Bird,James Worthy,Sean Kemp,Claude Drexler, Karl Malone,Charles Barkley, Hakeem,Shaq,C Webb,Penny Hardaway,Alonzo Morning,the list goes on and on.
If Dominique played in the current era, they would say he is better than Michael Jordan because his stats would be off the charts and they would say that it's due to advanced science and technology that he is as athletic as he is.

I love my favorite NBA player Dominique Wilkins
He has to be the fanciest dunker of all time. Most would only do these types of dunks in dunking competitions, but Nique was doing it regularly in real games. He is one of my favorite players, along with Drexler and Jordan because they were athletic, physical and drove hard to the basket for a power dunk – usually bulling the big guys on the dunk during an era when big men were supposed to rule.

The announcers have certainly improved. There’s Dominique’s whamo! There’s his razzle dazzle. Look at Dominique’s move. The circus is on. That was most impressive.
The people that say Bird couldn't score today because of the league is more athletic than it was in the 80s. I say to that Bird scored on Dominic Wilkens with ease. Who is more athletic than Dominic?
