Matt Hughes had a DVD, "The Matt Hughes Story", released that was like a documentary of his life. In the special features of the DVD, he gives fighting advice. One of the segments featured him talking about how to not stand in front of your opponent. I can't exactly remember verbatim the words he uses, but it was somewhere along the lines of getting off the train tracks. Anyway, I imagine because Matt Hughes and Dan lambert are good friends, and Colby is in Dan's camp, he has heard Matt use that line a time or two. Either way, in my own opinion, it was a tasteless joke.
