Pistol Pete Maravich has changed my life. From his countless highlights I have admired and his testimony in 1987. Everything about Pete makes me more eager to reach heaven to meet him in the Kingdom of God. RIP Pete and God Bless
Pistol Pete changed the NBA from the old era (Bill Russel, Jerry West etc) to the modern NBA. We owe him 99% of the highlights of today

I was a NY Knicks fan when I was 7, 8, 9 years old and then something happened Pete Maravich and the Atlanta Hawks….ended up an Atlanta Hawks fan for Life…..I cannot believe his jersey wasnt retired many, many, years ago.
